Empower You Therapy Services offers a neuroinclusive environment for neurodivergent and cognitively and developmentally disabled individuals, by providing gold standard therapy services. We offer an accessible and intentional space for individuals to celebrate joys, navigate trauma, and simply be present.

A trauma-informed and neurologic approach is used to partner with clients in meeting their goals. We believe that goals are to be prioritized and will advocate for our clients above all else.

Being on the autism spectrum, appropriately expressing these emotions could sometimes be challenging. Grace set goals/objectives and “fine-tuned” them as needed to ensure there was continued growth in this area. I particularly noticed that when a frustrating situation arose, his temperament was more calm and relaxed. My son participated in both group and individual music therapy sessions and Grace was quick to identify that he was going to flourish better in an individuaI setting rather than a group. He liked the one-on-one with Grace and this fostered/improved a number of skills (communication, socialization, cognitive). She incorporated musical instruments in her sessions—one of my son’s favorite to use was a rainstick! And, every once in a while, he will sing!!
