Therapy = a tool

to make life better

Group Music Therapy Sessions

We offer group Music Therapy Sessions with Board-Certified Music Therapists. Music Therapy uses evidence-based practice to increase an individual’s emotional, physical, cognitive, communicative, or social abilities. Music is powerful, and when used within the therapeutic setting, by a trained professional, it can unlock an abundance of potential.

See below for the current groups held at our office in Boulder.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes with 50 minutes allocated to direct-client therapy and 10 minutes allocated to paperwork, contact with caregivers, billing, cleaning equipment, etc.

Calling All Trans and Nonbinary Voices!

  • Join our voice training group, designed just for transgender folks who want to play with pitch, tone, and expression — all with the guidance of a board-certified music therapist.

    We'll dive into fun, hands-on vocal techniques to help you explore both higher and lower speaking ranges using anatomy know-how and singing-inspired exercises (but don’t worry — no singing or music experience needed!).
