Group Music Therapy Sessions

We offer group Music Therapy Sessions with Board-Certified Music Therapists. Music Therapy uses evidence-based practice to increase an individual’s emotional, physical, cognitive, communicative, or social abilities. Music is powerful, and when used within the therapeutic setting, by a trained professional, it can unlock an abundance of potential.

See below for the current groups held at our office in Boulder.

Queer Song Writing Music Therapy Group

A weekly creative sanctuary to write your story and share your sound within the LGBTQ+ community.

Your story is worth a song! 🎶 Whether you’re a seasoned songwriter or have never written a lyric in your life, this weekly group is a dedicated space for queer and questioning folks to explore their voices. Starting this April, join us to dive into the art of songwriting—from finding the perfect melody to crafting lyrics that reflect your lived experience. Led by a board-certified music therapist, this isn't just about music; it’s about building community, sharing your journey, and finding inspiration in a space that truly celebrates who you are. Come create, collaborate, and amplify your pride through song! 🎸🏳️‍🌈
